Yeah! this is so true. But he says it depends, Why it's "it Depends"? because before you put the google adsense code into your site it's better to have a good content first about your site, so that google would easily finds advertisers for you site to be displayed unto your google ads. After that spider will be crawling to your site and you you'll be indexed.

Thanks for sharing this information this is a big help.

Great technique, But I still follow the old method. I put few links in some of my sites. In few days, not within hours limit of course, I get google spider in to my site.
In the next site, I will follow this technique before linking, old method, and see how fast it gets my site indexed.

I had a feeling that having adsense would get the pages crawled. I mean, how else would google know what kind of targeted ads to display!

Thanks for the info. I didn't know that. How long does the page(s) remain in the index?

For those who just want to see their URLs in Google's index, in eight (8) hours or less, go to xomreviews.com and add your site info. The review doesn't stay in the index forever, but I've done this with five sites: each were in Google's index in less than eight (8) hours - some in two (2).

Also, try this 48-72 hour method:
Create 3 blogs from 3 different blog sites.
Write slightly different info about your site in each blog, but make sure you link to your blog.
Submit your blogs to de.li.cio.us, reddit.com, and various other social bookmarking venues.
Wait 48-72 hours and your articles will be in the index.

Enjoy!

As far as I know, Google search engine indexing robots are completely different that the Adsense content retrieval robots. My pages, that are NOT indexed in Google, shows contextual ads alright ... much before they are indexed by the 'Google search engines' ! But it might help to have adesense code ... I am not sure.
