I guess it depends on what you mean by cloaking your affiliate links. You don't necessarily need to cloak the entire site(I have never been a fan of cloaking) to have your affiliate links not show up. There are many methods you can use that's not even considered cloaking, nor nearly as risky.</description>

I intend on cloaking the affiliate links, do you think this will result in a penalty from Google? (Most of my traffic is from G so this does concern me.)</description>
