It shows info like backlinks, pr, deeplink% and indexed pages (Y!) for each directory. If you register it will keep track of your submissions. When registering you get to enter your sites "keywords" in a box. by doing that it gives you a link to "Find My Category" which starts a google search for your keywords on the domain that you are checking for.
