With my last post about Link Laundering Sites we got to go a bit old school. It was a lot of fun, but this time I feel like stepping it up a notch and going a bit more new wave. This time focusing on the money sites, which you can probably guess is my favorite type of site.
The trick to a good money site is its ability to convert, draw traffic, and get indexed. Hmmm… I could of swore I just missed one….Oh yeah! and be automated. This is where Madlib Sites come to the rescue.
People are finally starting to catch on to this technique. However I’m finding a lack of tact in how to accomplish it successfully. The objective is simple. How do we get a bunch of other people to type in Captchas for us willingly? First we’ll dive into why this is useful. Lets say you’re spamming Myspace or Yahoo accounts for instance. You could either attempt to defeat it through various OCR techniques or hire people from India to type them in for you. Captcha decoding is very tough to master and uses loads of server usage. Reliable Indians are tough to find and it poses a margin that you must beat. So now you’re starting to consider your options. There are still some out there but the best one I can recommend would be to find a way to get others to do it for you by giving them an incentive.
I’ll be blunt about it. Bitch bitch bitch is what I’ve been getting a lot of recently with the blackhat related posts. Ethics this and morals that. I don’t know who designated me as a shoulder to cry on in regards to personal hang ups but it really is getting very boring for me. This is an ideas and creativity site, not a debate site. So I’m just going to save the drama for yo mamma and continue focusing on the real issue, Internet Marketing. Whether that is black hat or white hat I really just don’t care. With this new leaf unturned lets talk about white hat ideas and methods that result in huge backlinks to your sites, and THANKFULLY will have nothing to do with link bait.
Oh boy lots of action has been going on in the recent How To Make A $100 per Day post. If you haven’t checked it out yet I strongly recommend you get that scroll wheel workin! We got a ton of responses and great some great ideas emerged from the brainstorming sessions. However I have to admit there was an alternative motive behind that post. Haha, com’n you know better than anyone that there’s no such thing as a carrot dangling in front of you without a string attached. Besides getting a good cash idea out there the main reason for the post was to help people identify what type of Internet marketer best describes them. I’m a firm believer that knowing your strong points and your weaknesses is the first step to producing solid money making projects. As you probably are starting to realize the project proposed wasn’t so cut and dry as it appeared. Infact it required a little bit of everything a good project has; Tough decisions, creativity, motivation issues, independent research, and good ol’ fashion moral delemmas. Facts be faced no matter what the project, if it’s going to make you money than inevitably you’re going to get confronted by each and every one of these elements at least once. The best way to prepare is to know where you stand on each one. Know your limits and know your potential.
You’re not still scraping RSS feeds are you? Shakes his head in shame I am so disappointed in you. How about we review a few places where only the trekies are brave enough to scrape. Its a huge content filled Internet world out there. I’m sure we can do a little better than crappy RSS feeds.
